Shipping policy

A board that is ready to ship leaves the studio within 3–5 business days. A board made to order ships 6–8 weeks after it is agreed.

Shipping is free within the United States. Outside the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout.

If your board arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours at studio@minglewoodboards.com and send photographs. We will repair it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and help you file the claim with the carrier.
