Production Lead Times

For boards that are ready to ship, you can expect them to head out within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order boards generally take 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish.

Custom orders depend on what you're looking for. Simple customizations like color changes usually take 4 to 6 weeks, while more complex custom work runs about 6 to 8 weeks.

Wholesale orders are handled a bit differently. For orders of 3 to 5 boards, plan on 6 to 8 weeks. Larger orders of 6 or more boards typically need 8 to 10 weeks.

During the holiday season from October through December, all timelines may run an additional 1 to 2 weeks. If you need a board for the holidays, reach out early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each custom and made-to-order board is handcrafted specifically for you, all sales on these pieces are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom work. That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship completely. If there's an issue with the quality or construction of your board, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

Ready-to-ship boards can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. You'll need to cover return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

If your board arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, let us know within 48 hours and send photos. We'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. For shipping damage, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.

For wholesale accounts, defective items will be replaced within 30 days. Custom orders placed by retail customers through wholesale accounts cannot be returned.
